AP US OverviewCongratulations on deciding to take Advanced Placement United States History. This course and the exams that take place at the end of the year could net you college credit and at the very least will provide your GPA with a weighted grade to hopefully get you closer to that 4.25 GPA you are gunning for. This class will follow the general AP course framework provided in this document. Study halls and extra time will be run as needed throughout the school year with the primary time being before school during 1st period. Below you will find a list of the texts, worksheets, and other information that will be used for each of the sections (or periods as they are called for AP). If you are absent from class, you will be able to find the information needed or work missed. It is on you to make sure you are ready for class and get the work that you missed if you were not in class. Failure to prepare is to prepare to fail.
